MCP now uses one account per connection

Each MCP connection is now locked to a single Commslayer account. If you have multiple accounts, connect those other accounts separately.

If you have trouble (missing tools or the wrong account), reconnect to the Commslayer MCP and pick the right account on the auth screen.
