Agent reports

Hi Karri and the team! Can the agent exports contain all the data shown on the reports page with the same breakdown? I am not necessarily interested in bar charts, but I would like the same categories to be included in the Excel export if possible—at the moment, it's exporting only:

Im specifically interested in resolution count.

Also, It would be nice if reporting could be scheduled at a certain time cadence. I know this would be an added functionality, but it would also be helpful.
