As I am building out all of the AI intents with more relevant information related to my brand and products, I am constantly clicking through all 5 pages of AI intents looking for a specific one.
I am able to find what I am looking for by using Google Chromes “find” function, “command + F” on mac, but I have to click through all pages to search each page individually to find the specific intent I am working on.
This is also a bit tricky, as it needs to exactly match the AI intent name or description to highlight it on the page for me.
As businesses add more nuanced AI Intents in addition to the AI intents provided out of the box, there will be even more pages.
Perhaps the search function could also search the AI Itent Title, Description, and “How to respond” instructions. This would make it easier to understand which AI Intents slightly overlap with eachother, as well as quickly finding the exact AI Intent you are looking for to edit / improve.
P.S. a quick, half-baked solution would be just to remove pagination here on the AI Intents page, so I can quickly use “command + F” to search ALL intents at once without needing to click through each page and re-search the new page with the “command + F” function
