Right now, the chat widget either displays or it doesn’t. There aren’t much settings around how it displays (on what pages, size, location, etc).
It would also be able to hide the widget and only display it if a customer clicks on a ‘Contact Us’ hyperlink. Richpanel offers this with a hashmark, so you can just add the hashmark to any link and it pulls the chat widget up.
