Right now it looks like the “name” of the “inbox” that is the public facing customer chat icon matches the same name as the internal settings and inbox in CS. It would be nice if there was a public facing name that we could set on the chat and an internal name - because Id like them to be different.
(If the brand name is RW):
internal name example: “RW DTC Website Chat Bubble”
External customer facing name that shows at the top of the chat: “RW Support Chat”
