Connect Shopify Timeline comments & Order Tags

Can we have the ‘tags’ and ‘comments’ on commslayer connect to the customer shopify order page ‘timeline comments’ and ‘order tags’.

When we add comments or tags to commslayer it copys onto the shopify order page?

    Would love to see this! I try to copy/paste links to CS conversations into orders so everyone can full visibility but its easy to forget.

    I have just seen tags are connected. Could we have Shopify order page timeline comments connected as well? a section to add comments from our commslayer account that also adds to the timeline comments? This would really help.
