Enable shopify meta data as automations conditions

Feature Request

The customer would like to filter tickets for data like:
shopify.last_order_status
shopify.last_order_days_since

and close them in a bulk action.

    I agree here, I want a drop down in Shopify where the customer can select which team they want this message to go to: Customer Service, Sales, Engineering Support. We’d like to be able to auto assign the team based on the selection with CommSlayer automations but currently can’t
