Make AI Agent aware of Shopify order/product data

Am I missing it, or does the AI Agent have no clue about customers, orders or even product data from Shopify? Perhaps my integration is broken. Or, if it’s not yet a feature, I request making the AI Agent aware of customer, order and product data from Shopify so it can reply to customers with information about their order.
