Request for Follow Up Reminders or Automatic Follow Up Functionality

It would be incredibly helpful if CommSlayer had a follow-up feature that brings an email back into our inbox if a customer hasn’t replied within a set time frame like 2 days.

Alternatively, having built in functionality for automatic follow ups would make it much easier to stay on top of ongoing conversations and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
