Set Reminders or hold for conversions for staff follow up

Our cx really appreciated and used a lot, the “set reminder” feature that ReAmaze has. It would be great to have this on Commslayer too.

It is basically the ability to set a reminder for a specific date to be reminded of a conversation and bring it back to the inbox as unresolved effectively holding the convo until the reminder date.
