Track Your Order button in live chat form - toggle On/Off option

Hi team, it would be good to have the option of choosing whether to enable the Track Your Order button.
At the moment, we would prefer a natural flow of conversation, and visually, it looks slightly clunky.
I also think that, in general, Live chat needs a little more customization options, like how and where it displays, looks, and feels, gets brought up, etc.
