I would like to suggest a potential enhancement for the interface, as highlighted in the attached screenshot. The empty horizontal space in the top bar (indicated by the red line) currently remains unused. It would be extremely beneficial if this area could be utilized to display custom view filter options, allowing customer service agents to quickly filter and set up a top bar according to their preference.
This feature would streamline workflow, reduce time spent navigating through side menus each time, and offer a more intuitive user experience—especially when managing multiple channels or customer segments.
