Do we have an option for Web Form where people can raise tickets through filling up form.

    Hey! We highly recommend using the native Shopify contact forms or the ones from the Forms app:

      Hey!

      We are just not looking for Form app, we are looking web form where people can fill it up to raise a ticket through it. As their are many ticket platform which provide this service.
