Auto-translate incoming messages + Option for outgoing messages
Right now, when someone writes in to us in another language, we have to copy and paste things to google translate. Can you please just auto-translate it to English or give us a button option to do that? Also, it would be nice then to be able to write the answer in English and have the option to auto translate it in the customer’s language.

Please, it would be perfect and would greatly facilitate the work of my agents who are not familiar with other languages.

reply adapted to the language the client is writing in
that would be very helpful for us since we have client speaking english but also french mainly
