Clicking images on tickets shows zoomed in version

Not really a big but a big annoyance is that when customer sends images, the images blow up into a zoomed version with no ability to scroll or resize the image forcing to open the image in a new tab to view properly.

would be great for the image to be shown with no crop upon clicking
